This place was good a year ago. Now with the change of the management it's gone down hill We won't be back.

Coming into FiredUp I was hearing mixed signals from people saying that it's "terrible" "worst pizza they've ever had" and so on. So I decided to give it a try myself. As I entered I noticed the atmosphere was what really pulled me in, it has a very clean look, seems like they would have phenomenal pizza. I ordered the pineapple pizza and it turned out not to bad, guest service was great also. I believe that people who say FiredUp isn't good doesn't know food or how to critique a restaurant. I give this place a 4/5 stars.

The Basil Prosciutto Artichoke pizza was fantastic, as were the cheesy bread sticks. Staff very friendly and helpful, plus a fun decor and atmosphere, equals for a great night out.

Continues to execute very poorly which is sad considering the potential. Today my pizza was delivered to the table with the crust trimmed back to the cheese line along at least 40% of the perimeter. It was like someone took an Exacto knife to it. Obviously he had burned it and was then trying to do cosmetic surgery on it. The waiter very nonchalantly explained "ya, he does that if he burns it". The table next to me (6 customers) wanted soup and were told they did not serve it today. Ok I understand. Then they asked for garlic bread and were told that they never served that. We then watched a back and forth between the customer insisting they had it twice in the last month and the chef adamant they never did! How difficult is garlic bread in a pizza joint? Too bad.

Had the buffet here, everything was fine and tasty enough, but they could add more variety to the pizzas (there were only two kinds out).

Excellent choice for lunch- great variety of pizza and extras at the lunch buffet. I would definitely visit again when my travels bring me thru Eau Claire.

On the whole, nice pizza place. A friend and I showed up around 7, we were quickly seated, and after placing our orders, our pizza came within 15 minutes or so. The pizzas were good. Not the best I've had (Bricks in Hudson is better, for instance), but if you're looking for wood fired pizza, Fired Up should do the trick. Our server was fine - must have just started, he seemed really nervous, but he got us what we needed in good time, so I was fine. I wasn't super fond of the atmosphere, though - the back seems kind of dimly lit, and there was an event going on upstairs that made it a little hard to hear. So, maybe try them for take out? Their pizza would make a great dinner in a park, for instance.

Tired this restaurant in 2014 for my Mother's 50th Birthday. We all ordered something different so we could share. Once t he food arrived our orders were all wrong. The waitress blamed the incorrect order on us... ummm, get some customer service experience and know that working in hospitality the customer is always right. The sauce was tasteless and the crust was soggy. Seems as though the restaurant paid a little too much for their authentic stone fire oven. Get good ingredients and then build from there. Would definitely prefer to have a Punch Pizza in EC.

I thought the pizza was very good with fresh ingredients. The Margarita pie was excellent. Crispy and hot. All the pizzas are 10 to 12 inches.

Excellent menu. Thin crust 10" pizzas. Pick one from the menu or create your own. Hand made in front of you. Baked in a real wood fired oven that is visible. Not gas fired. I'll be back! Small but decent selection of bottled beer. Some wine, too. Coke fountain.

Love it every time. Not the place to go with kids if you're looking for a cheap dinner and usual pie but we love it.

Excellent thin crust pizza with a variety of toppings. My take away pizza was perfectly crisp, and had nice high quality prosciutto and olives. Definitely the best gourmet pizza in Eau Claire!

I just visited this place a second time. When we arrived, the pizza buffet that we had last time was already closed. We missed the time by 30 minutes, our fault. So we decided to stay and order off the menu. It was a little over an hour from closing time. We ordered "mini" bruschetta and two pizzas, which are personal size. The bruschetta came and looked like it should've been for a doll house! Mini?? Really?? It was absolutely tiny!! 5 pieces about the size of a 50 cent piece, for $3.99, what a rip! Then the pizzas came out...the veggies on both pizzas were still raw! We sent them back, telling the waitress that they needed to be cooked more. She gave us a funny look and said this is normal with that many toppings. I could see the kitchen and the cook put the pizzas back in the oven. A few minutes later, she brought them back and the crust was more charred, but the toppings were still barely cooked. At this point, we just ate it because we wanted to leave. And all the while, the manager stood about 20' away b-s ing with some friend and never came over to make things right. Total Fail!! I won't be back!!

Probably the best Italian style pizza in Eau Claire. We have eaten pizza in Italy, and have never appreciated American pizza quite as much since. Our family is a pizza family, coming from Chicago. While not a classic pizzeria in the true sense, the margarita pizza is fairly authentic, and quite enjoyable. They also have some unique pizzas that are worth a try for something different. Atmosphere is decent, although can be a bit loud. Definitely worth a visit.

Very good pizza, but somewhat expensive. The ingredients are very fresh and they'll basically make anything you can think of (all pizzas are served at personal size).

Cool layout with plenty of seats upstairs too. Pizza could have a bit more toppings for the price but tastes great. We had the cheeseburger and Thai pizzas with salads and beers for about $30. Certainly better than any delivery in the area but not quite 5 stars for a pizzeria.

I usually do not write poor reviews but the experience here has been getting worse since it opened and the last experience was the tipping point. This place was really good when it first opened but the quality of the pizza has seemed to be getting worse each time. My family and I were seated on the lower level near the windows. It was raining out and my wife noticed there were a lot of ants crawling around the floor. We called the waiter over and he swept under the table and pulled out almost a whole dustpan full of food and crumbs. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. After asking to be moved we were seated on the 2nd level looking down into the kitchen. The one thing we noticed was there was food all over the floor. Gross. And not to mention our pizzas were not very good when they came out. My wife ordered the Hawaiian Honeymoon and it showed up looking like a sloppy mess. Needless to say we will never be going here again. Very disappointing.

There are only three good pizza places in Western Wisconsin, and this is one of them. They have beautifully charred crusts, fantastic sauces, and a wide variety of ingredients. They've recently changed the format so you order at your table instead of waiting in line, which is an improvement. Hopefully they stay in business a long time, because it's great to have a business give a portion of their profits to charities.

Came in for lunch one day. Pizza was pretty good but not too many to choose from. Not the best brick oven pizza I've had but definitely solid. Service was quick and waitress was very friendly.

Went to dinner there tonight. Environment is nice. Three level seating with comfortable atmosphere. You order your pizza at the counter as you walk in and they run the food out to you, which is OK, but you have to have that awkward "what do we want on our pizza" conversation right at the front door with people waiting, etc. That problem is negated slightly because these are "personal" 10" pizzas. For me, the pizzas are at an awkward size/price ratio. One pizza is too small to share with two people for dinner, but one pizza per person seems a bit pricy. For us, two pizzas, one salad, and two soft drinks were $30. Don't feel like much value is there considering where else you could go and what else you could eat for that money, but is a local operation providing a unique experience. A portion of the profits go to charity, which I feel like you pay a premium to account for. The pizza itself was good (fire oven roasted) although the toppings were a little scarce, and the crust gets a bit charred around the outside but still soft in the center. Overall I'd return on occasion but not regularly. Worth a try.
